.HIGH PRESSURE...FORECAST TO BUILD INTO THE GREAT BASIN...WILL
PRODUCE AN EXTENDED OFFSHORE FLOW EVENT ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR THE MOUNTAINS
FROM SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY...THE VALLEYS OF
VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES COUNTIES... AS WELL AS THE CUYAMA VALLEY
AND CARRIZO PLAIN ACROSS INTERIOR SECTIONS OF SAN LUIS OBISPO AND
